The Mavericks kicked off the season at home against Kirk Academy. #51 Garner Burton has been named our POWER 107 – Maverick Player of the Week. Against Kirk, Garner had 8 tackles and 1 sack for the Mavericks! The Mavericks will be on the road Friday night traveling to Delta Streets for a 7:00 pm game.
