We encourage members to visit www.twincoepa.com to pay your utility bill through the “PAY ONLINE” option or through our mobile app for Apple and Android. You may continue to mail your utility payment to Twin County. Effective March 23, 2020, all Twin County Electric Power Association locations will be closed to the public until further notice in response to the COVID-19. The Safety of our members and employees is a priority for Twin County Electric Power Association.

To pay your bill the following options are available:
Pay online at www.twincoepa.com (online fees are waived.)
Pay through the SmartApp (Twin Co EPA) for Apple or Android with no fees.
Mail your payment to Twin County EPA, P.O. Box 158, Hollandale, MS 38748.
Drop your payment into our convenient drop box at eaach location.
Drive through window at Twin County’s Greenville location on 1260 VFW Road during normal office hours (8am – 5pm).
