44th Annual World Catfish Festival Scheduled

44th Annual World Catfish Festival will be held Saturday, April 6th in Belzoni. Entertainment this year includes Blaze at 9:15, MS Marshall at 11am, Duwayne Burnside at 12:30 pm, and Blackwater Trio will close out the festival at 2pm. Little Miss Catfish Pageant at 10am, and Miss Catfish Pageant at 12 Noon on the steps of the Courthouse. The Garden Club will present “Little Red Riding Hood” at 11am and 1 pm in the Depot Theater. Other events include a 5K Run at 8am, and activities for the kids. Gate fee is $5 and ages 10 and under free!
