Tropical Storm Barry Continues to Organize in the Northern Gulf of Mexico

followed by tropical storm-force winds and tornadoes.
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Barry,
located about 100 miles south of the mouth of the Mississippi River.
