From NWS: A strong storm system will move east across the Power107 listening area Saturday afternoon and night, bringing the potential for severe storms along with it. Damaging wind gusts, tornadoes, and large hail will all be possible.

Flash Flooding Possible Friday through Saturday

From NWS: Localized flooding is possible Friday through Saturday, particularly in urban and low lying areas. Rainfall amounts of 2-4" are anticipated, with locally higher amounts possible.

Absentee Voting Available Saturday

    The Yazoo County Circuit Clerk's office will be open Saturday, 10/26/19 and 11/02/19 from 8 am - 12 Noon for absentee voting.

SEVERE STORMS POSSIBLE SATURDAY

Isolated severe storms, capable of producing tornadoes and damaging wind gusts, will be possible Saturday afternoon through Saturday night across much of central and south Mississippi and portions of northeastern Louisiana, all associated with the rain bands of Barry.
