Yazoo County in central Mississippi…

* Until 415 PM CST.

* At 320 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Phoenix, or 16 miles east of Valley Park, moving
northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Tinsley around 330 PM CST.
Little Yazoo around 335 PM CST.
Myrleville around 345 PM CST.
Benton around 350 PM CST.
Vaughan around 400 PM CST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Satartia and Bentonia.
