A brief meeting was held this morning at 10 am at the Yazoo County Economic Development and Education Center on 15th Street announcing Yazoo County’s recent ACT Work Ready Community certification. Mandy Burrell and Will Alexander with Holmes Community College attended to discuss upcoming scheduling and other matters. Will is the new Dean over the Yazoo County HCC Education Center. He is from Vaughan area and will be replacing Dr. Tonya Lawrence in her responsibilities over the Yazoo HCC Education Center.
