FROM NWS: Flash flooding is expected today through tonight, especially for areas along and north of I-20 where soils remain saturated from recent heavy rains. 2 to 3 inches of rain on saturated soils will cause widespread flash flooding. Numerous roads may be flooded and possibly closed. Some structures possibly threatened with inundation.
