Shortly after 8:00 PM Monday evening (4/16/2018) Bentonia Fire/Rescue Personnel were dispatched to a vehicle accident on Fletchers Chapel Road. When responders arrived they found this Dodge Van overturned. A passenger in the van had been pulled from the vehicle by the driver. The passenger was transported to the hospital by Pafford EMs. The driver of the van reportedly left the scene in the back of a Yazoo County Sheriff Department patrol car. The accident is being investigated by the Yazoo County Sheriff Department. There were no other reported injuries in the incident.
