Message from Holly Bluff Fire Chief Glenn Reams
Sharkey County will lock the existing barricades across Highway 16 on both East and West end around noon today. With the amount of rain fall the area has received in the last 24 hours there is water over the road again. For the safety of the motorists, the road will remain closed and barricades will be chained and locked until further notice. Please make travel plans accordingly
