BELZONI – Hue Townsend, President and CEO of Guaranty Bank & Trust Company, today announced that veteran technical support employee Matthew Hood has been promoted to Network Administrator.
Working within the bank’s Information Technology Department, Hood has spent the past six years in Technical Support, prompting Townsend to note “In today’s world, the security and functionality of our network is critical. Matthew has exemplified a “can-do” attitude and has been instrumental in managing our day-to-day computer systems as well as working on long term projects. I am confident that Matthew will continue to do an exceptional job in his new role.”
Hood is a 2005 graduate of Humphreys Academy and a 2007 graduate of Mississippi Delta Community College. He and his wife, Kristy, have two children: Grayson and Krislyn.
