FROM NWS: Although winter storm conditions have ended across the ArkLaMiss region, many roadways and bridges across the region remain impacted by accumulations of sleet, snow, and ice. Sub-freezing temperatures through Tuesday night may limit the melting potential in parts of the region, and puddles of melted ice and sleet may refreeze overnight and cause areas of slick black ice on roads and bridges. Motorists are urged to exercise caution when driving and to follow all notices of road closures in the area. If you must travel, leave extra time to reach your destination, be prepared to drive slowly, and leave extra space between vehicles to allow for reduced braking. Be safe and be courteous.
