According to Yazoo County Coroner, Ricky Shivers, the body that was discovered in the Big Black River on March 29, 2020 has been identified. The decedent has been positively identified as Phillip Dunn, age 36, who had been missing for several weeks from Yazoo County . Coroner Shivers further stated that a homicide investigation is continuing by the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department.
