Benton Academy Raider Player of the week #10 Garrett Vandevere

It was the first game of the season and the Benton Academy Raiders were fired up! It was a home game and the Raider Nation was ready to cheer for the Raiders. The Raiders faced Winona in their first game. It didn’t quite work out the way they planned losing 33 to 6. Coach Burton has named #10 Garrett Vandevere as our Bank of Yazoo, Raider Player of the Week. Garrett is a senior at Benton Academy and against Winona, Garrett made 8 big tackles for the Raiders. The Bank of Yazoo congratulates Garrett Vandevere for his efforts against Winona and being our Raider Player of the Week.
